Transparency regarding our infrastructure is vital.

It is important to understand who sees what data:

• The Blockchain (Public): Sees only the protocol adapter and forwarder contract contract interactions. Observers of chain interactions cannot see the sender, receiver, token, or amount of AnomaPay shielded transfers.
• Proving Service Operator: Sees (temporarily) the unencrypted witness data. This is required to generate the zero-knowledge proofs and relay the transaction on your behalf. Witness data includes information about sender, receiver, asset, and amount. It does not, at any point in time, include authority to spend funds on any users’ behalf.
• Vast.ai Datacenters: Sees (temporarily) the unencrypted witness data. Vast.ai datacenters provide ISO certifications. Read more about Vast.ai compliance here.
• Compliance: AnomaPay is fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations (such as KYC and AML rules). The proving service operator implements consistent checks in order to ensure full compliance.
